Here are some fantastic ways to rethink tea. Feel free to add your personal touch and enjoy tea your way!
Earl Grey Brûlée Cappuccino
1. Steep 2 teaspoons of Earl Grey Brûlée tea in half a cup of hot water for three minutes. Remove teabag
2. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar or honey
3. Add 1/2 cup of frothed whole milk
4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, cinnamon powder or a honey drizzle
5. Have a great day!
Whiskey Peach Hot Toddy
1. Steep 2 teaspoons of Summer Peach Oolong tea in half a cup of hot water for three minutes. Remove teabag2. Add 1.5 ounces of whiskey
3. Add 2 teaspoons of honey
4. Add 1/2 an ounce of lemon juice. Garnish with orange or lemon wheel
5. Enjoy!
Pumpkin Chai Latte
1. Steep 2-3 teaspoons of Autumn Spice tea in half a cup of hot water for 3 minutes. Remove teabag2. Add 2 teaspoons of raw sugar (or sweetener of your choice). Stir
3. Heat milk in microwave for 35-40 seconds. Froth
4. Add frothed milk to tea. Top with powdered cinnamon
5. Enjoy!
Strawberry Hibiscus Mojito with Simple Syrup
Simple Syrup:
1. Simmer half a cup of water (4 ounces)
2. Once hot, add half a cup of sugar and 4 heaping teaspoons of Wild Strawberry Hibiscus herbal tea (1 teaspoon for each ounce of water)
3. Simmer for about 15 minutes until the sugar is dissolved - stir occasionally and make sure water doesn't boil
4. Strain and let cool. Preserve what you don't use in refrigerator
Mojito:
1. Place 4 mint leaves at the bottom of your glass and 1/2 ounce of lime juice2. Add 1 ounce of Wild Strawberry Hibiscus Simple Syrup (from steps above) and muddle lightly
3. Add ice and top with Club Soda to enjoy your Virgin Mojito. Garnish with a fresh-cut strawberry and mint leaf
4. Option: Before topping off with club soda, add 1.5 ounces of Vodka or Gin for a Wild Strawberry Hibiscus Mojito
