High Mountain Keemun - Anhui Province, East China

Fine black tea from the Yellow Mountains of eastern China steeps a rich, full-bodied black tea with a subtle malt-kissed finish.

To compete with India's black teas, this tea from Qimen county was among the earliest black teas to be exported in the 19th century. Its slow oxidation process preserves its distinctive aroma and flavor, resulting in an unmatched black tea experience.

Blueberry Sky - Fujian Province, Southeast China Coast

Enjoy the harmony of premium white tea, sourced from the misty mountains of Southeastern China, delicately infused with the sweetness of summer blueberries. This soft and subtle cup is a perfect sipping tea while you wait for your entrée or a nice conclusion to your dining experience.

Tea comes from the leaves of the camellia sinensis plant. White tea undergoes minimal oxidation, whereas black tea is fully oxidized. Factors such as topography, elevation, soil, weather, and the oxidation process can contribute to diverse flavors, reminiscent of the nuances found in fine wines.

Summer Peach Oolong - Taiwan

In Asian culture, the peach symbolizes longevity and immortality. This Taiwanese Oolong
steeps a bold and beautiful amber hue with a refreshing summertime peach finish.

Oolong teas are an art form, with some recipes handed down from generations. They are made with the same tea leaves of white teas, green teas and black teas. The artistry is in the oxidation process. Enjoy sipping on this tea while Chef prepares your order, or indulge in its refreshingly exquisite flavor to cap off your meal.
